online shopping – particular product is not available

A storage cabinet was ordered online on 28th August 2013 through their online portal. after a month of time the dealer calls up to tell that the particular product is not available. Then we requested for a refund. The dealer again called up after 15 days to say tht the product is available. So we agreed and asked to deliver the product. after 15 days only storage boxes were delivered and not the storage holder which was promised to be delivered in 3 – 4 days. but afetr 15 dyas we get another call saying that the storage holder is not available. So we asked them to take away the storage boxes and refund the amount. The action was not taken. Now no one is taking calls nor are they refunding the money.And toiday is October 28th. All the above telephone numbers are mumbai based. Pls prefix 022.

Rs 4,000 + a penalty to the dealer so that they do not misuse the customers funds and do not cheat the customers through online shopping. I demand a penalty of ! 20,000 Rs.
