we have a new double door fridge model # 12550 S.no. 104501364, Maroon Bloom Protton 5S 450 ELT, of which lower door inside shelf lock found broken, which required door replacement, the same was not available at local service centre. They asked Rs. 1000/-+8850/- by DD & 400-500 by cash for replacement from Jaipur. We gave Rs. 1000/-+8850/- by DD & 4-500/- in cash in Jun last week & Sep’13 first week, but even after almost 2 months over, neither the fridge got replaced, nor the money for replacement returned with the fridge. The new fridge was bought from M/s Varun Electronics Delhi on 24.06.2012 for Rs. 29500/- and defect reported on 04.06.2013 to helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com by mail after lots of effort in pursuing M/s master cool in Udaipur in May’2013 for replair/replacement of its defective fridge door panel.

Refund of money with panel interest and suitable compensation for the loss of services/utility to the Kitchen & family
