I had ordered my wireless combo keyboard on 17th feb this year. Despite my online payment, It is still not delivered. Despite my several mails and calls, they do not seem to be of any help. Now I am stuck with them. My money is with them. Also they are not responding to my cancellation request and refund of money. I am quite frustrated. I have talked to them two times when luckily they pick up the phone. Both times they mentioned, it will be shipped this week. Why false assurance? Just because we cannot complaint about online eCommerce portals? Order # 100009826 Any other website would have delivered in February itself.
Laptop keyboard is not working. cannot use my laptop for so long now. Frustrated. not able to do work.
