Hi Team, I have participated in a promotional scheme and as per the website the given amount 444/- INR was to given back in terms of shopping points if the lucky draw not selected. However the company did not honour this promise and taken the money in their pocket. I called their customer care 100th times but no solution was given to me. Also had written emails to their ID but every time only assurance is given, no solution provided. Need your support in this issue in resolving the same for once and all.

Atleast my given money must be returned. i.e. 444 INR.
