I had ordered for a Shirt on 12-Nov-13 with order no. 4080611. I got the product after 3 days. The shirt have been delivered but the issue with the product “Yepme Travis Check Shirt- Blue and Black” is that size 38, I have ordered 38 Size of shirt, on the bill & shirt also mention 38 Size. But when I measured I found it’s more than 40-42 size. I have paid of Rs.419 bill through Rs.100 Gift Voucher and Rs. 319 through Credit card. I informed the customer care with Complaint No- 420576 on 18-Nov-13, about the reverse pick up and asked to send the refund. They accepted it and raise the complaint & reverse pick up. They told me that they will reverse the product & refund within 7 Days. After few days when I have not get any revert, than I contacted on 27-Nov-13, I emailed Yepme again and informed them, again they raise another complaint with Complaint ref no- 420576. Again I have contacted today and again they given excuse of 2 working days. Now since, I am behind these people to return amount. I have called several times wasted so much money in calling them again and again. Request you to please make a reverse pick up of the product & refund my whole amount, I don’t any product anymore.
