Shop has refused to deliver the Spectacles (Self and Wife) though Amount has been paid FULL.
1)Using old Spectacles thus Eyes are getting deteriorated. 2) Visited the Shop on 3rd January for receiving the Spectacles which was refused. 3) I traveled approx 300 Km from my residence spending Rs 10000 on account of Taxi Charges and Guest House Expenditure. 4) Spent one day leave which is equivalent to Rs 10000 per day for one day. 5) Mental Torture during discussion with Sales Persons after denial of Delivery. 6) Indifferent situation in the shop in presence of other Customers. 7) Harassment of my family members as my wife and Son were accompanying me.

1)As the Amount has been fully paid. Shop should deliver mine and Wife’s Spectacles with full quality. 2)Shop should pay my Travel and Leave charges of Rs 20000. 3)Shop should pay another Rs 100000 (Rs one Lack only) for mine and wife’s Eye Deterioration,harassment and mental agony.
