Orient Electric Fan – Excellent Customer Care

Greetings of the day.

This is in reference to my below complaint, I would like to update you that Mr. Dhiren & Mr. Mustaq had visited my home last week and rechecked fan speed. It was running with 280 RPM against actual of 310 RPM. That was the reason air flow was lesser than earlier.

Hence, they agreed to replace fan from where I purchased it. I asked them to just replace blades because I am also genuine customer and don’t want full replacement but they suggested to replace fan due to non-availability of separate blades. Past Saturday, I replaced fan from where I bought it. We are feeling air flow like earlier one we had.

Special Thanks to Mr. Dhiren & Mr. Mustaq. I would also thank Mr. Jagpal Singh for monitoring the escalation and for quicker resolution.

I just want to highlight one thing that every person will not approach higher management to get his problem solved. They will just not but products of that brand and also spread bad feedbacks about brand. Better is to educate your service staff to work properly on complaints received through any channel. It will also hike your service standards and experience amongst customers. Ultimately, it will help you guys only.

Anyways, it was nice experience I had apart from last 02 months. Hoping not to connect you guys in future related to service issue.
