I had purchased a Orient Steam Iron on 23/01/2013 from a local shop(Mittal Pankhe Wale, 20 Shiv Charan Lal Road, Allahabad – 211003) vide Bill No. 1958.The product was not working properly since its purchse so I complained the shopkeeper in April and the product was lying with him for one month but he was unable to get it repaired. Thereafter I lodged a complaint at companies toll free number being 18001037574 and personally haded over the product to local service center. They repaired it two times but still the problem remained unresloved. Now the authorised service center personnels are saying that the the spare parts are not available. I have complained about the same nearly 5-6 times on the companies toll free number but there reply seems to be very casual and unsatisfactory. So, I request you to please kindly help me in this regard and oblige.

want my product to me either repaired properly to my satisfaction and if this is not possible then it should be replaced with a neew one.
