My vehicle no. DL 3S BP 6182 was under insurance of oriental insurance company. policy no. 254000/31/2014/4017.As my vehicle was stolen on 24/04/2014 and the F.I.R against the theft was filed on 24/04/2014. But the information to the insurance company was given on 27/06/2014 with a letter of delay in informing the insurance. the insurance company excepted my letter for further proceedings. But received a letter from the insurance company that they want an reason for delay in intimation to the company about the theft on 27/10/2014 again whereas my all documents were O.K. but still i haven’t got the claim because the branch manger said that the this case is under no claim just because i haven’t intimated about the theft within 48hours of theft.

I just request that if they knew that its a no claim because of delay in intimation then why they accepted my case on 27/06/2014 for proceeding and i want that my claim should be given if possible, all 37,000/- should be given if not then some percentage should be cut off from my claim amount as a punishment of delay.
