I am having a money back policy form MetLife, my policy details is as follows Met Sukh Ne, My policy number is 1200800557782 Date of Issue 26/04/2008. I am suppose to received my first money back payment this year i.e Feb 2013, but till date did not revived any payment form the company, I have contact them many time by all possible means that is visiting their local branch, speak with the customer care over their toll fee number, send them e-mail many time but till date neither I got my payment nor got any information from your side in the above mention problem. Please help me in this matter so that I can get justice in this matter.

Due to the delay I have suffer Rs.100,000/- loss in my business. As did not able to pay my commitments due to which i have lost Rs. 500,000/- sales In the box whare i need to mention brand i did not find metlife that is the reason i mention some other brand name
