I’m writing this mail to the telecom Ministry because everybody is suffered from MTNL connectionin in my area Shahurpur Exnt..My telephone no. is 011-26653267..Near branch ASOLA SANCHAR HAAT,, HEAD OFFICE CHANIKYA PURI,,My Number is not working since 25th of October..I’m telling them daily but they are not replying anything they are telling me that we don’t have more employees that’s why we can’t fix it early it will take time.they are telling me that due to mcd work the cable has been cutted but now it has already repaired.They are lying to me i don’t know Why?just ask them why they are not fixing it .and more people in my area who wants a new connection .they are also facing problem.I’m sending you a list of few people who complained me about this problem.Everyone who visits ASOLA SANCHAR HAT ,,people who are sitting their they are telling everybody no new connection available in Shahurpur ..Which i’ve already got.just tell them to fix it so that everybody can get the benefit of MTNL Service.
