SnapDeal – Not refunding my money back from last 2 months

I ordered mobile phone from snapdeal through online once i got that i found that it was faulty and i returned it back with in 3 days as per the snapdeal trustpay norms. i waited for next 35 days after dispatched the faulty product back to snapdeal. As per the norms it should be resolved within 30 days at the date of complaint launched. So i waited for next 35 days and called back to company so many times but they are ignoring me and not willing to refund my amount back. As per the trust pay moneyback policy if any customer return their faulty product within 7 days thn Trust pay will refund all the amount back to customer with in next 10 days but i have already waited 70 days.

Now i want my money back with compensation as i returned back product to the company because i already crossed the waiting time and i am paying the payment for that product which i am not using. so please do the desired and take serious action to the company.
