Samsung – Delay in Repairing the phone

I have given my Samsung GT-S6802 for repairing purpose to the said Service Centre, as the phone was not working properly. Now, its been more than 15days and they have not repaired my mobile. Whenever i try to contact them they say that they have not recieved the NEW SPARE PART and hence not able to repair it. They also talked rudely with me. Also, for past one week their contact numbers are also not functional.

I want my phone fully repaired and the old non-functional parts to be returned to me. In addition to this, i request a “6 MONTH EXTENDED WARRANTY” for my phone.
