The company TPA is not willing to settle the full claim and quickly. First they are not willing to give the claim intimation number. Second they generate incorrect claim number.The TPA takes so much time to process the claim that they do not follow the guidelines of settling the claim within 30 days. They also do not read the documents carefully. In past also Oriental insurance has paid penalty for one violation or the other. The TPA is not ready to pay the pre and post hospitalization expenses citing policy start dates.

For the mental torture and harassment need rupees one lac along with the claim amount of rupees 32500.
