Respected sir/Madam,

I’m a insurance agent with The oriental insurance co.ltd in indore (MP). I made a online payment at agent portal to Renew a customer policy at 19/12/2015 of Rs.1139.00, but payment was debited and policy was not renewed.And this payment was still not refunded to me.I was send many mails to ours branches/regional officers but there is no activity seen to refund money. Please help me to get my money.
