i have wrongly done the policy of my two wheeler (DL 09 SV 8737) on 17 Aug 14 at night which i have sold few months back. Then immediately i wrote a mail about my mistake to your customer care mail id : portal@orientalinsurance.co.in. The in the morning i tallked to the customer care about the same, and he told me to write the same to the csd@orientalinsurance.co.in. Again after on 23 Aug 14 i called the customer care and told there is no response from your side.He told it will take time to refund you wait for next 15 days. I waited for 15 days and call them again but no response.I mailed to them but no response from them till date. (i) policy which i have renewed { 322406/31/2015/1416 } (ii) policy ( 272102/31/2015/1172 ) which had been done by the person whom i have sold the vehicle (iii) transaction details from my credit card statement
i want my insurance amount of Rs 880 may be credited to my account which was debited.
