Oriental Insurance Unable to get Claim

With due respect I say that I have taken Mediclaim Policy from Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. Since 2 yr. back having Policy no. 243402/48/2013/1914 22nd Aug 2012 Next Policy No. 243402/48/2014/1966 22nd Aug 2013 Third Policy No. issused but not reached to me till I file the claim in the company. I have been hospitalized and send a claim for that but rejected and saying that only 2yr passed for your policy. But when I approach for first time in the Oriental Bank of commerce for Medi Claim Policy I asked them , whether my previous policy were considered to be continue or not. They reply me Yes and when I filled the form I also entered my Previous Policy of Bajaj detail. One more important thing I want to tell you, is that the bank has given one day gap between my previous policy and the current policy although I have given cheque of five days before which I submitting as the proof (bank Pass book detail). They have debit the money also 5 days before then why the gap should be there. When I approach for gap . They verbally satisfy me that that. Now the Bank Manager saying there is Protibility option , you have to give application for that to get continuity of previous policy. At that time they have not told such things to me . I have taken Medical policy since 10 year Back without discontinuation. I have the complete record of that. Due to their negligence or not awareness of detail of policy I am not able to get the claim. Sir they do not have updated information in the bank regarding medical policy.

I want my Claim Amount which is Rs. 40097. (Forty thousand and ninty seven) Pl. do the needful what ever is correct.
