My mother Mrs. Soudamini Patnaik took an ORTEL nternet connection with free cable TV paying Rs.3000/- in advance for six monhs on 10 th July 2009.
After much persuation they installed the system (the technicians) on 15th July 2009 but so far nothing is working and customers complain people have been saying they are looking into the matter.
Today is the seventh day since the money was paid to them.
So far they have not given us the customer ID also so we are unable to lodge complaint in the automated system.
