My membership no: is 987875. I surrendered my cable cum internet connection in the month of October and paid upto date bill. The representative of the company took back the modem and told the security will be refunded within 2 months. After not responding to my call for several days and telling that the claim is in process, now I am told that I have a dues of Rs. Thousand odd. When I called the person who took back the modem, he told that the company does so not to refund the money and show active connection to management. People usually do not fight with them because it is time and energy consuming. Horrible. Such an unethical organisation.
