Over-billing by Tata Docomo Photon Plus

Please note the following: · I had taken Photon Plus connection (PHOTON # 9230086687, A/c # 946460711) on 13.05.2013 which they’ve confirmed by SMS . · The Plan was PhotonPlus 0.5GB @300MuCap750Pn. · On 11.06.2013, it came to my notice that without my knowledge and any kind of request, the plan was changed to 3GB@650 and a Bill was raised for Rs 636/= · On 11th June itself, I contacted Tata Docomo Customer Care and filed complaint against this wrong billing and change of plan. I was assured that by giving a waiver of Rs. 300/=, the billed amount would be adjusted according to original plan. · On 13th morning, I reminded Customer Care and was again assured of necessary action. · Surprisingly, on 14th morning, I got SMS informing the wrong billed amount of Rs 636/=. · Immediately I called up Customer Care and charged against their callous attitude towards customer’s genuine complaints. The lady whom I talked to was Rituparna. Again I was assured of necessary rectification. · On 15th morning, I again contacted Customer Care and got upset on being informed that billed amount had not been rectified. I requested the lady (Ms. Kajal) to do needful (Request # 1586137, dt. 15/6/13). Again I was assured of action in 24 hours. · To my utter surprise, on 16th morning I got SMS from them, which mentioned the same wronged bill amount of 636/=. · Again I contacted and got Rituparna on line and registered my deep frustration and demanded immediate corrective action. Under the circumstances, I would request the Consumer Department to do needful to protect the interest of customer like me.
