Hi, I have my Indane gas service registered with PRAKASH GAS AGENCY, I had booked my domestic gas on 01 01 2020 and had it delivered on 03 01 2020. On the receipt I see that the total cost of one cylinder is Rs. 734/-, however the agent has charged me Rs. 770/-. I had reached out to the agency (PRAKASH gas agency) over phone and mentioned of the overcharging, they but haven’t seen or heard back from them. Can you advise if there is any official or legal obligations that a customer has to pay more if they live on first floor? If that’s not the case can this be addressed with the agent since there is no response from them when I had brought it to their notice.
