Sir, I rent a flat of address flat-8 s.k.heritege, bhirav nagar, dhanori road, pune 411015, in month of march 2013 Owner name Tushar Thakkar, for 1 year, but before completion of 1 year owner forcefully with some of his friend made me leave the house in month of may. when i asked for my deposit he told me that he will give me after 1 month. now when i call him he dont pick up my call and even when i call him with different no. he used to threaten me that do you want to leave in pune or not. i am very upset dont know what to do. i am healpless, please help me from this problem of mine. deposit of amount Rupee 15000 is still with the owner and he is not willing to return. his mobile no is 9823006332.

I need my deposit money of Rupee 15,000 to recover as soon as possible because day by day i am losings money because i have to stay in pune till this case get solved. my household goods price which is captured by house owner amounting Rupee 15,000.
