I had visited Oxyhomez on 5.03.2017 along with my husband Sh. Anil J. We liked a flat of 1625 sq ft (Flat 303). Mr Deepak Khanna (9999990036) and his subordinate (Mr. Harsh Gautam) who were the brokers of Pasha Properties requested us to l give a post dated (7.03.2017) cheque of Rs 51000/- and to confirm our decision of buying of that flat at any time on 6.03.2017. They assured that cheque will not be encashed till we give our confirmation and also said in case of any probability of encashment of cheque, the same will be refunded as it is regular business in such dealings. I had requested Mr Harsh Gautam on the evening of 6.03.2017 and on the morning of 7.03.2017 not to encash the cheque as we would like to go for 2 BHK instead of 3 BHK. But the same was encashed. Now your fraud brokers are not picking my phone and another fraud lady at your office says that those brokers are ours not of company’s. I they are not your brokers, why they are sitting in your premises. Mr. Deepak Khanna suggested that a formal letter to Pasha Properties was required to for requesting the refund, the same was sent on 27.03.2017. Ms Bharti of your office said that she called up Mr. Darshan to enquire about our status in mid April and Mr Darshan never told her about our request for refund. She said that she tried calling us but our phone was busy. What sort of stupid excuse is that? We had mentioned our email ID and she or anyone else could have called us again/email us or send a letter to our address. The truth is that the company fraudulently wants to forfeit our money. Did you call us before forfeiting? Under what clause you are doing so? Deepak Khanna said unless we give our passport size pictures the form is not deemed to be complete, how are you treating the same as complete form? Ms Bharti has been very rude, she lied about talking to my husband when he visited office of Oxyhomez which she never did and now she said that you bring your brokers and do whatever you want, we are not returning your money.

The experience of dealing with Oxyhomez is very sour as you have very uncouth people representing you. You are requested to refund the amount of Rs. 51000/- which was wrongfully encashed against cheque number 551676 of SBI Account Number 31516093490 at the earliest. If you don’t intend to return our money, do leave an email and state a reason (in case your Ms. Bharti says that my phone was busy). If your company wants us to visit your office, then please call that ill intention Deepak Khanna and his subordinate Harsh Gautam at your premises as both of them are not picking our phones, and I promise I will come and prove what sort of liars they are.
