I, Anita Dhyani, residence of Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur(Rajasthan,302039), is your Jio customer with number 8619677039. From the past 2 months I am having a problem with my internet speed and voice calling . I also recharged my number with Rs.309. But still the speed was slow.Also my speed is always in kbps.And the net never works in other states in which I travel.I complained to your Jio attendant and a man came to my house to check the problem. He said that he will proceed the problem to his senior an they will resolve our problem. Since then I never Received the solution to my problem. Also when we watch videos on YouTube, it buffers a lot and takes a time about 20 seconds. I request you to take an action or provide me with a new Jio sim. If no action is taken, I will discontinue Jio. I hope you will resolve my problem at the earliest.
