I am having AXIS bank salary account, intially they told us no charges for salary account. I have applied for loan in ICICI and ECS is applied for AXIS. so now they have deducted 2 time mandate service charge when i ask to axis bank they are saying when ever icici will send request we will deduct amount, I am not getting if its verified once then why they are asking for again and why axis bank is deducting amount again and again instead of they should say already verfied.
