We have purchased 2 nos. Of purifier of p-zone brand since 4 months. Though the warranty period is on, the product is not working properly. After several complaints raised to both customer care and dealership, they are not responding to our several complaints. At the time of communication, they are only giving false excuses. And they are not responding at all
For that only we are not getting drinking water at all. So for that we are taking out drinking water from market on purchase basis. Having invested at around rs.27000 for both machines, we have to further invest rs.20000 pm for drinking water on purchase
If possible please return back our full amount or make the service of the product on urgent basis so that we will able to get the drinking water for our staff’s. Further i would like to request you to return back my money to me so that we will able to purchase new one of better brands.
