I had booked plot at green valley on 27.10.2013 in my name and till date I have deposited Rs 361000 on various dates (Rs 21,000 on 27/10/2013; 1,50,000 on 03/11/2013; 70,000 on 02/02/2014; 60,000 on 23/03/2014 & 60,000 on 27/05/2014. At the time of booking it has been committed to me that registry of above plot has to be done by August 2014 but till date plot has not been registered in my name. During discussion with builder it is revealed that the delay is due to some dispute between the owners of plot and it will take more time to settle. In the light of above situation, I told him via email dated 06.01.2015 that it is not possible for me to wait further and requested to refund my deposited amount.
