We the member of Vinayak Parisar,FLat Owners Society purchased flats from Pachori Buider and Dak Lekha Grah Nirman Samiti before 2011. As per commitment of builder, many works are still pending and builder have run away. Daklekha Graih Nirmal Samiti Have devolved and all rights have transferred to Sahkarita M.P. Govt Bhopal. The financial help was provided by HUDCO Bhopal for devloping Vinayak Parisar. Since builder have run and all right are with Sahkarita so i humbly request to inquire the matter and order to Sahkarita M.P. Govt and HUDCO Bhopal to complete all pending works in the society. The pending work are of cost Rs. 70.00 lac. Kindly also order to HUDCO to sale the mortgage property of builder for completing all pending work. Due to incomplete work any time accident may happen with residence of VPFOS.
