Subject: Complain for Problem in using TATA DOCOMO SIM CARD.

I am using your TATA DOCOMO GSM sim card. I have made complaint so many times for poor internet services. I have talk with your customer care representative at least 10 to 11 times. Still I don’t get the solution for that. And again yesterday approximately Rs.70/- were deducted from my account and when I call to customer care I got reply that they don’t have any information about it.

So this is kindly request to you that please improve the service of problem related to the use of TATA DOCOMO SIM CARD.

We blindly trust on TATA product and if we get this type of services than the image of TATA will spoil in the market. We have 20 SIM CARD of TATA DOCOMO around in our friend circle.

This is just for your information. If you take the step to improve your services then it’s ok. Other we will switch over to the other cellular services and you get the loss of 20 SIM CARD closed.
