I had booked my Bajaj Avenger bike (registration number CG04KC4232)for transport from Delhi to Bhubaneswar. The assured delivery date was 05/08/2014 Actual Delivery was on 23/08/2014 The bike was not in running condition on receipt. Further the bike has been driven roughly for more than 100 kms which caused severe damage to the bike.

I just want the compensation or the money which I have spent for thier mistake. I have submitted all the bills to the company but didn’t get any response from them yet even after there assurance to compensate me with the repairing cost which is Rs.3500. Further I had to travel with local conveyance for office due to delay in delivery which cost me around Rs. 2000.
