I used their CAMPUS TO HOME service to transport 1 20kg carton from GORAKHPUR TO LUCKNOW on 18th May 2014, which didn’t arrive late until 23rd May 2014(i.e. 7 days). Secondly, on receiving the carton I found the content severely rummaged through and items re-arranged. Moreover, 1 plastic container inside was broken and 1 box inside was all torn and tattered. Worst of all 1 EVERREADY Emergency LED light was missing(Stolen/Misplaced). The concerned individuals viz., D.K. MISHRA (Branch head, Gorakhpur) and AMIT SRIVASTAVA(Operation Manager,Lucknow) still ask me to sign the receiving which I had refused to sign.
