On 17th Feb,2016 I have booked one cartoon box containing costly books (foreign authors with foreign editions in the field of microbioloy,molecular biology,biochemistry and immunology)and other research raw documents through this company from aerodrome area Bhubaneswar and consignment would deliver to Kolkata Baguihati area. They have given me two days for home to home delivery. But on 25th when I have not received the cartoon box I called to Suraj asking the status of the consignment and he told within two days by 27th of Feb this will definitely delivered to the kolkata address.Still today on 10th March I have not received the cartoon and when I asked them for the present status they are not able to give satisfactory answer. Now I am sure they have misplaced my cartoon.

I want Rs 70,000 as a compensation from them which is nothing as compare to cartoon which I lost. I lost costly international edition books, research raw data
