I have booked above packers & movers to transport my Car (Wagon R – DL 9CR 7710) from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, (UP) to Ahmedabad, Gujrat on 27/07/2014. As per assurance from Mr Sugam (their sales person), car would be delivered on 01/08/2014, however till today i.e. 11/08/2014, it has neither been delivered to me nor has responded to any of my mails.

In view of the failure of service, as mentioned above, I have to be in mental agony for the last 10 days and not been able to move freely in a new city where I never before.

I want my car (Wagon R – DL 9CR 7710) to be delivered to me in normal condition + cancellation of its licence of movers & packers.
