The Delivery of goods has been not delivered in time even though they have collected premium chrges for the same. They have provided written communication stating the goods will be delivered next day. After writing to the HO regard this not even a revert received from them

Due to non-delivery of house hold articles i have been forced to use rented vehicle and hotel meals for a entire day. The cost of the same is Rs 3000/-
