Country Club Vacation Fake promises, Extra changes, Worst service – A Review

Our Country Club membership number is: CVGO1V5LB123680, registered on 18th September, 2012 on the name of Mr. Daksh Bhatt, My husband and signed by me and my husband with the amount of Rs, 46,000/- wide receipt no : 0912-CVGO-691; receipt dated : 21/09/2012. We went on a vacation to Goa on 17th Sept 2012 where these cheaters has trapped us saying we have won a gift after scratching card for which we have to go to their office to collect the gift and have to attend the presentation for 1 hrs. They have shown us a very big picture which temp us trusting their service but all was fake and cheating! Basically we are from Ahmedabad and bought theirs services at Goa. fyi please. We have not yet utilized the 1st year holidays. This year I have decided to go to Goa on 16th Dec, 2013. On enquiry we got to know that we have to pay extra money beyond the maintenance amount even in your own property!. They have been asked to pay extra 650 rs. Per person per night even in the own property which was not informed us at the time of taking his services. When we opposed, we are told that this is compulsory without which they won’t confirm our booking. At the time of taking membership we were told that we don’t need to pay anything if we book in country club own property. Now all of sudden hidden charges came in to picture.

I have been asking for the answers but the manager and management is going round the bush and giving me the foolish explanations. Not only this, I had a guest booking in the month of last April in Goa where even they had a very bad experience which was given to me in writing and already discussed with Ms. Princy. They were not even asked for a glass of water! Staff treats them as if we are availing the free holidays!!! Is this the hospitality and service they provide to the guests?? We take the membership to enjoy our holidays in any season, not to take follow ups and fight when we ask for the booking. If all these terms would have been told to us, we would not have taken the membership at all. It is like you promised big but delivered not even a half of it! Since last 2-3 days, I have been trying to speak to a right person but after 20+ calls on the different different nos. referred by the customer care, I got to know that Ms. Mansi is the person whom I can speak for the refund. But now customer care people do not let me speak to her and every time when I call for follow up, they says you will receive the call from her in 5 mins, then in 10 mints, and then within and hour and so on… … But this is enough! I am not at all satisfied with your service and feel as if I am being fool. I do not want to go ahead them. I have not availed any of the holidays for year 2012 and not at all wish to avail the remaining years. I want my hard earned money back in any case. So please help to get refund our hard earned money as I don’t want to avail their so called holiday’s service. Finally I have managed to talk to Ms. Mansi but then she diverted.

I would request to refund rs. 46,000/- with 18% interest starting from the payment ma Rs. 20,000/- as a compensation. Rs. 5,000/- for mental agony Rs. 10,000/- for the expense I made for calling all the time on the diff. nos. and other expenses occurred due to this case.
