Why Spidigo Broadband Internet Disconnects Frequently – No Customer Care

We are customers of Spidigo Broadband Internet. Please find attached here with our Ping report at yahoo.com , from last 21st August-2013 we are complaining about our internet speed and disconnection problem, but till date there is no through action taken to resolve our issue.

Also, we would like to draw your attention about our internet was totally disconnected from 04th to 11th Sept, 2013, for that you have not also reimbursed any day in our account.

Also, whenever we trying to call 66199999 we have to constant try for 15 to 30 minutes then only call gets connected, please increase your incoming line if you have so many customer complains.
