some items of the mail sent to them Kindly refer to movement of household goods from Ghaziabad to Vadodara vide your Invoice no. 0067 dated 27/10/2013, further to our discussion and as informed many of goods found in broken condition and most of the goods have been damaged partially. it is a very shabby treatment from your end, since goods were properly packed loaded in big vehicle by your team at Ghaziabad but vehicle has beed changed in between trait which was shifted to smaller vehicle in a very casual manner reason most of them have been damaged. I have never expected that this treatment would be given to the household goods which are delicate items and which should have been taken care properly but unfortunately you people did not do that.
