I we have purchased one protection plan from this paladin system pvt ltd. on 4 of July we have lodged a complaint with them regarding broken screen. they returned the phone but with new problem again we have to submit phone to them but problem is same. after that they are not giving any response it almost 3 months they are hanging the matter. we want now want the money from the of that mobile from that company and they should reimbursed the leave that we have to take for submitting and deposit the phone
