i have recharged for rs38 to my mobile number 9997544xxx from paytm and the amount was debited from my account but the recharge was not done after that i have written regarding my problem to them several times but there reply is same everytime but no action done following is there reply which i have copy paste from my email account zendesk.admin, Sep 18 12:33: Hi there, Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. Your recharge should have been successfully delivered by now. In case it has not been delivered, the amount would have been transferred to your Paytm account and available for immediate reuse. I hope this helps. Best wishes Team Paytm but nor my recharge is done nor the amount is refunded after this i thought that they will not solve my problem and so i thought to file a complain in consumer forum so i hope you would take an immediate action upon this thank you your faithfully nivesh

i want my rs 38 to be refunded to my account immediately i have also attach an document which shows that i have recharged for rs 38 and the amount was also debited
