I had booked a holiday package to andaman from bhubaneswar through pan india leisure and holiday pvt. ltd. As per the itinerary provided by the travels ,my travel was to start from bhubaneswar airport by indian airlines on 2nd feb 2015. But one day before the agent called me to tell that air india has cancelled the flight for which your tour has been cancelled. He also did not give me an alternative tour plan.He also told that you will not get back any amount as refund towards your tour package. He had not informed me about the cancellation policy which he told upon asking that he had forgot to do that. After repeated calls to him i could meet him in his office. He told me that i shall get back some amount after deducting hotel,flight etc costs. But he can not tell me when he is going to return my money. Now he is not picking my phone calls and misbehaving like anything. I had given him the full cost towards the tour i.e 50000.
