My Panasonic Air Conditione is not working right for which the local technician on his whimes and fancies put a local rubber band to repair it, on raising my complaint the concerned service center rudely spoke to me and were not ready to handle my query until i raise the concern to their MD on email, on their visit they were reluctant to apologies though to save them from situation they kept arguing that I was always wrong. I am scared if they are open to help me or just pass the issue saying there is no defect with the product.
I want my AC changed.
