I have purchased inverter ac 1.5 ton on 5th May 2014. I had registered complaint for repair as outdoor unit didn’t get on. After successful repair of that problem I found that the body of indoor unit didn’t fix well on its wall mount plate from left side. It may be due to some physical damage done by your technician. I don’t use broken products generally , so please get it replaced or resolved as it is caused by panasonic company as soon as possible. I have called customer care but i didn’t get proper resolution. Please tell me how can i use product damaged by Panasonic repair person.
I want the body of the indoor unit of ac to be replaced by the company as they are responsible for this physical damage.
