I bought a Panasonic Corless phone from Hypercity Retail on 14th Sep 2013 vide Bill # 0026/111. The phone has stopped working in the month of December (within 3 months). When I called up their Service Centre they are asking me to visit them along with Warranty Card and Bill. I have retained the Warranty Card but not the Bill. They tell me that if the Bill is not there then they will charge Service fee. so 1) The product quality is bad 2) I have to visit their Service Centre. 3) The Warranty card does not mention that Bill has to be retained then why should they ask for Warranty card and Bill? I want them to replace this cordless phone with a new one with immediate effect as it is affecting my business.
Want immediate replacement of the phone. Every day delay beyond Dec 12, 2013 will add to my opportunity losses. So Rs.10000 could be added per day for every day delay in replacement.
