I was sent a courier of approx. 30 kgs packed in 2 gunny bags by my family in bhagalpur via Tracking number 362200072 on 4th December. However on receiving package in Pune, I found the packing to be slightly tampered. On further lookup we found that 3 saris and 1 peela (a red color pallu wore in Marwari tradition) was missing from package. Very skillfully the thief opened the packets and removed the saris kept on the top. Also they ate approx. half kg of almonds in package and I hardly found a few pieces back. The cost of goods was approx. 15000 Rs plus and I had paid 750 Rs as courier charge being promised that courier would be delivered successfully.

I want those 4 goods back and proper compensation for loss plus a declaration by company what they would take preventive action to stop such kind of thefts in transit
