Panasonic – Delay replacement inlet & outlet pipes

We asked for replacement of inlet and outlet pipe for our newly bought washing machine of panasonic wm naf62b5hrb grey (6.2kg), v.no:102-sn04-15si 248,order no.: 102-sn04-15so 199, from vijay sales, sion branch, mumbai.there is no response from the vijay sales shop, for the request to replace the required pipes.

nspite of reminding the shop manager for a replacement of the inlet and outlet pipes of newly purchased washing machine, they did not give any response to it. we requested them to make the replacement at their earliest, as it is impossible to start the washing machine without the correct inlet and outlet pipes.the demo person from the panasonic company did not respond to our request.its been a week now, and the started to use a rough and disgusting language on the call. till now,we called them 8 to 10 times. we had requested them to replace the required inlet and outlet pipes,but they are avoiding to do it. our daily schedule is messed up, due to such delay of work. we are facing lot of difficulties to manage all the house work, due to the idle washing machine. it cannot be used until the correct pipes are connected to it. and as it is a newly bought, its our right to raise voice against such injustice to us. i have to wash all the big lot of clothes by myself, and it resulted to me physical weakness and illness. i am a heart patient, and i got 2 heart strokes. due to this condition, i am unable to wash clothes of my family by myself.so i purchased a brand new washing machine as the old machine stopped working but in vain. the bill/ invoice is attached herewith.
