i had bought a phone p81 of rs. 17000 two months back from the authorized shop. but within 2 months the main component of the phone i.e display stop working all of sudden.. when i visited the service center they say it will be repaired…
i am asking a phone a value to more then 15000 is damaged in 2 month… and what will be the guarantee it will work for one year.. it is actually a harassment situation..for me.. and after this i am following with panasonic. customer care number.. no proper response is coming…
