After purchasing a Panasonic Mobile Smart Phone it got water-damaged and was given to the Panasonic Service Centre for Repair on the 10th of October (Job Sheet attached). I have not yet received my repaired phone. I constantly get a response which says the spare parts have not arrived from the head-office. I am leaving Kolkata for good on the 12th of December and would like to have my phone back
I have not had my phone for the past 7 weeks and have been severely handicapped due to its absence. The nature of work requires me to always stay connected to my email and colleagues which I have not been able to do.
