panasonic P51 handset – hangs suddenly poor service by centre

I have purchased panasonic P51 handset in july 3rd, 2013. till deepawali festival it had some problems. As it is in warranty, on 20th December,2014 I had given mobile to SCOM Technologies, Udaipur (service centre) for servicing.

I would like to inform you some problems regarding this handset, which I am facing since I have it. •It hangs suddenly any time, frequency is 5 times in a week or twice a day sometimes. •Its earphone is not up to the mark. •when I went to Himachal Pradesh(Nalagarh) where I could not use internet facility, i.e. while I am in roaming area, I am not able to use internet while I am in network area & settings for activating internet through this mobile, are properly set, at the same time I can talk to anyone from this mobile. to know that network strength is good or not, I have checked SIM’s connectivity into another mobile and it was working. •Right now, I am using only one SIM(2G/SIM2/Airtel 2G) & by mistakenly another SIM stuck into its second slot(2G&3G/SIM1 Slot) in mobile till date.

it is been more than 25 days, still no status. they did not provided time slot for repairing handset. they did not give any other mobile during they will have my handset in repairing (if panasonic company has this policy)
