i would like to inform you that my plasma 42 inch model no th-p42x20d is not working properly from april 2013 till date. number of times i have called to customer care, the technician number of time visited for the same problem but till date it is not resolved. please suggest what i do and how long i wait to resolve this matter. as i have told earlier that i got problem since april 2013 but not resolve it. i have file the complaint with following references: 1. pi-cs-1304-027989 dated 18-04-2013 2. 30-05-2013 3. asc-1306-001742 dated 04-06-2013 4. pi-cs-1306-010101 dated 07-06-2013 5. asc-1306-088864 dated 18-06-2013 6. asc-1307-020381 dated 07-07-2013 7. asc-1310-053166 dated 13-10-2013 8. asc-1310-146327 dated 29-10-2013 9. asc-1311-011239 dated 02-11-2013 10. pi-cs-1311-018575. in between may more complaint i have called to customer helpline to resolve the matter. but there is no response from panasonic.

replace the TV.
