Spice Mobile – defective product

Sir That i have lodged a complaint bearing Registration Number MINIT/E/2013/00922 on 02 Dec 2013 to the Department of Information Technology who disposed with the remarks that it pertains to DOT Customer care Executive Care of Smobility Limited, Sglobal knowledge park 19A and 19B sector 125 Noida 201301 UP India Sir, I have purchased a spice mobile smart flo mi-351 at Srinagar on 16.05.2013 with a valid bill. That while used this mobile phone on next day there was followed some problem and i have contacted to the concern agency. The concern agency have forward this mobile to the company service centre vide No 2741 .That after lapse of 6 month my mobile phone has not replaced nor delivered to me which i have also lodged a complaint to the service centre New Delhi on the contact No. +919803014257 various times but could not get any result so far. Now i intends to approach to the high level court for further communication for our own risk and responsibility.

i want to new product for replacement
